Director/PDMR Dealing and Shareholding

Hargreaves Services plc announces that on 10 October 2017, Gordon Banham, Chief Executive Officer exercised options to acquire 31,109 ordinary shares in Hargreaves Services plc at a price of nil pence per share.  These options were granted under the Company's 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme. Following this exercise, Mr Banham's total holding is 2,509,575 shares representing 7.57% of the Company's issued share capital.

On 9 October 2017, Andrew Spence-Wolrich, Managing Director, Logistics Division, exercised options over 1,037 ordinary shares in Hargreaves Services plc at a price of nil pence per share.  These options were granted under the Company's Performance Share Plan.  These shares were immediately sold at 338.75p per ordinary share.

On 9 October 2017, Andrew Spence-Wolrich, Managing Director, Logistics Division, also exercised options over 10,173 ordinary shares in Hargreaves Services plc at a price of nil pence per share.  These options were granted under the Company's 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme.  These shares were immediately sold at 338.75p per ordinary share.
