Notification of Closed Period

In accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation the Company announces that it has entered into a closed period, which will remain in place until the Company releases its annual financial results for the year ended 31 August 2017.

The Company has released its net asset value figure as at 30 September 2017 on 4 October 2017 and is satisfied that any inside information which the Directors or the Company may have during the closed period has previously been notified to a Regulated Information Service.  If, in the period leading up to the announcement of its annual financial results, the Directors of the Company come into possession of any inside information, this will be notified to a RIS before any such transactions are undertaken.  The Company is therefore not prohibited from repurchasing its own securities, or issuing new securities, during this closed period.
