Application for Block Listing

Premier Foods today announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") in relation to the Premier Foods plc Sharesave Plan 2014 to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 6 October 2017. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
