The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Lefebvre Place, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 29 November 2017.

The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders.  An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website www.bluefieldsif.com.
