Completion of share buy-back programme extension

The Company announces that, on 28 September 2017, it completed the £15.0 million extension to its share buy-back programme which was notified to the market on 26 July 2017.

In the period from 27 July 2017, when the extension to its share buy-back programme commenced, to today's date, Paragon has bought back 3,609,860 shares for a total cost of £15.0 million (excluding expenses).

This brings the total cost of shares acquired under the buy-back programme (excluding expenses) since its announcement in 2014 to £165.0 million.  The cost of the programme to date including expenses is £165.3 million.
