Bluefield Solar (LON:BSIF), a sterling income fund that invests in UK-based solar assets, received notification that 6,996 Ordinary Shares in the Company have been acquired by the Self-Investment Personal Pension of Mr Giovanni Terranova, a PDMR of the Company.  Following the transaction, Mr Terranova's beneficial interest in the Company is 150,170 shares, representing 0.04% of the issued capital of the Company.
