APPOINTMENT OF NEW NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Capital & Counties Properties PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Charlotte Boyle as a Non-executive Director of the Company which will be effective from 1 October 2017.  On appointment, Charlotte will become a member of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.  

Charlotte Boyle has recently retired as a partner of The Zygos Partnership, an international search and board advisory firm where she advised a number of the UK's leading real estate companies. Prior to this, Charlotte worked for Goldman Sachs International and Egon Zehnder International.  Charlotte holds an MBA from the London Business School and an MA (Hons) from Oxford University. Charlotte is a Non-executive Director of Coca-Cola HBC AG and serves as a Board member and chair of the finance committee of Alfanar, the venture philanthropy organisation.
