Set out below are the disclosures required by Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of Christopher (Chris) James Brewster, following today's announcement that Mr Brewster has been re-appointed to the Board as the Group's Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.

Chris, aged 41, joined the Board of Animalcare as its Chief Financial Officer in 2012. Chris qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003 with KPMG. Prior to joining Animalcare, Chris was Group Accounting Manager at Findus Group. Following the Group's acquisition of Ecuphar NV in July 2017, Chris stepped down from the Board and became UK Country Manager of the Group's UK business.

Chris Brewster's interests in the capital of the Company are in 280,513 Ordinary Shares of £0.20 each ("Ordinary Shares") and 8,571 options over Ordinary Shares.

Chris Brewster currently holds or has held the following directorships during the past five preceding years:
