HICL Infrastructure Company Limited (the "Company")

Additional Listing

An application has been made for 2,256,154 Ordinary Shares of 0.01p each fully paid in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.  It is expected that dealings in these Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 29 September 2017.

The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the first quarterly interim dividend in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2018 ("Q1 Dividend").  Elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 10.44% of the Ordinary Shares in issue as at the record date of 25 August 2017.  When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
