Director's Dealing

The Company announces that it has today been notified by Mr Godfrey Davis, the Company's Chairman, that he has transferred 350,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to The Davis 2017 Trust ("the Trust").

The Trust is a discretionary trust, the beneficiaries of which may include both Mr Davis' family and others.  

Mr Davis is a trustee of the Trust but is not a beneficiary.

Following the transfer referred to above, Mr Davis' holding consists of 718,527 Ordinary Shares (representing 1.20% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares) of which 350,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.58% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares) are held by the Trust.  Mr Davis also has an interest in 300,000 options granted pursuant to the Mulberry Group plc 2009 Co-Ownership Equity Incentive Plan.
