NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company announces that following the maturity of the Company's 2012 5 year Save As You Earn Share Scheme award, Nick Jopling, who is a director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, has exercised his options over 21,770 shares at a price of £0.689 per share ("Shares"). The Shares are allotted by Capita, the Company's registrars in accordance with the scheme rules.

As a result of the above transaction, the interests of Nick Jopling, and their connected persons in the Company's ordinary share capital (excluding options, awards under the Company's LTIPs and interests as potential beneficiaries of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust) are as follows:
