Maven Income and Growth VCT 6 PLC - Share Buy-back and Total Voting Rights

On 20 September 2017, Maven Income and Growth VCT 6 PLC (the "Company") purchased for cancellation 200,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at a price of 52p per share.

As a result, and in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its issued share capital as at the close of business on 20 September 2017 is 41,052,032 Ordinary Shares of 10p each. Each share carries one voting right.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
