On 14 September 2017, 280,677 nil cost awards and 418,818 options with an exercise price of £2.15 over ordinary shares in Wilmington plc (the "Company") were granted under the Wilmington plc 2007 Performance Share Plan (the "Plan") to employees of Wilmington plc and its subsidiaries of which the following were made to Directors of the Company and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs"):
