Telecom Plus PLC (the "Company")

Notification and public disclosure by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

Telecom Plus PLC received notification today from Charles Wigoder, Executive Chairman, that as a result of one of his children being over the age of 18, 62,500 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") beneficially owned by this child should no longer form part of his notifiable interest in the Company.  This change has not given rise to the disposal of any Ordinary Shares.

Therefore Mr Wigoder now has a beneficial interest in 12,943,058 Ordinary Shares and a non-beneficial interest in 3,067,683 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 16.52 per cent. and 3.91 per cent. respectively of the total voting rights in the Company.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in which Mr Wigoder retains an interest is 16,010,741 shares, representing approximately 20.43 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.
