Issue of Equity

Eurasia herby acknowledge receipt of a notice to convert a portion of the outstanding principal and interest on the Convertible Loan Agreement dated 15 May 2017 between YA II PN, Ltd and Eurasia, into ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, according to the conditions outlined in the agreement (please see RNS dated 19 May 2017)

As per the conversion notice, the amount of $51,938.36 (£39,332.92) is to be converted at a share price of 0.3619p being 90% of the lowest Daily VWAP during the 5 trading days immediately preceding the date of the conversion notice.

Accordingly, the Company has today issued a total of 10,868,449 Ordinary Shares (the "New Shares") in favour of YA II PN Ltd. Application will be made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on the 18 September 2017.

Following the issue of the new shares the total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company will then be 1,5562,819,758 ordinary shares and consequently the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 1,562,819,758. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
