TUIAG (the "Company") has been advised that Prof. Dr. Edgar Ernst, a member of the Company's Supervisory Board, is now also a member of the Supervisory Board of METROAG, Düsseldorf, Germany ("METRO").

METRO changed its company name from METRO Wholesale & Food SpecialistAG and has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard). Prof. Dr. Ernst already was a member of the Supervisory Board when METRO was named METRO Wholesale & Food SpecialistAG and has not been publicly listed.

The Company also has been advised that Prof. Dr. Ernst was elected by the Supervisory Board of Vonovia SE, Bochum, Germany, as its Chairman. Prof. Dr. Ernst is a member of Vonovia's Supervisory Board already since 2013 and will take office as Chairman until the next ordinary election of the Supervisory Board (scheduled for May 2018).

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
