Krasnodar, Russia (September 12, 2017): Magnit PJSC, one ofRussia's leading retailers (the"Company", MOEXand LSE:MGNT) announces the opening of a newdistribution center inKirov.

Please be informed that the Company opened a newdistribution center (DC) inKirov. Totalspace ofthe DC is about 32 677 sq. m. Launch of the newdistribution facilitywillimprovethe quality ofservicein the Volga region.

"Magnit"operates 36 distribution centers with their totalcapacity ofabout 1,605 thousand sq. m.
