Issue of Equity

The Company (The Income & Growth VCT plc) announces that on 31 August 2017 it allotted and issued 2,810,003 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("the Scheme") at a price of 72.00 pence per share.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on or around 7 September 2017.

Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 75,689,629 Ordinary Shares.
