Announcement of Scrip Reference Share Price
Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announced on 31 July 2017 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the interim dividend of 9.5p per share payable on 13 September 2017. The deadline for receipt of elections was 18 August 2017.
The Scrip Reference Share Price which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative is 1287.4p.
This figure is based on the average of the closing middle market quotations derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 22 August 2017 and ending on 29 August 2017.
