Listing Application

Tracsis hereby provides notification that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 1,135,331 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Blocklisting Shares").

The Blocklisting Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the following schemes, up to the numbers stated below and as per the performance metrics and vesting schedules attached to each scheme:

The Company will make six-monthly announcements of the utilisation of the Block Admission, in line with its obligations under AIM Rule 29.

At the time of this application, Tracsis has 28,015,514 Ordinary Shares in issue.
