The Company announces that it has granted awards under the Company's existing Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP") and Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIS") (collectively referred to as, the "Awards") to its Chief Executive, Caroline Connellan, the details of which are set out below.

The vesting of the Awards is subject to ongoing employment with the Company and the achievement of certain performance conditions. Subject to the rules of the CSOP and LTIS, the Awards will vest on the above mentioned dates and remain exercisable until the tenth anniversary of the grant date.

The CSOP award has been granted in the form of an option with an exercise price per share of £20.11. The LTIS awards have been granted in the form of an option with an exercise price per share of £0.01.

The LTIS awards are in part in lieu of sacrificed awards granted to Caroline Connellan by her previous employer which have lapsed as a result of her appointment as Chief Executive of the Company (the "Outgoing Awards"). Accordingly, the vesting dates of part of the LTIS awards coincide with the vesting dates of the Outgoing Awards, had they not lapsed.
