Grant of Options

Strix Group Plc (AIM: KETL), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of kettle safety controls and other complementary water temperature management components, announces that, further to the intention disclosed in its AIM Admission Document dated 27 July 2017, it granted options on 15 August 2017 over a total of 3,431,505 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'), including an option over 510,000 Ordinary Shares being granted to Frank Gao (Chief Operating Officer).

The options have been granted at nil cost, and are subject to performance conditions as determined by the Company's remuneration committee.
