Board Change

Smart Metering Systems plc (AIM: SMS.L) advises that David Harris, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has resigned for health reasons. 

David Thompson, the current Group Finance Director, will assume the role of Interim CFO with immediate effect. David has extensive knowledge of the SMS business and also the wider metering and utility markets.
