NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND OTHER PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMRs") AND CLOSELY ASSOCIATED PERSONS

IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading, gives notice of the following transactions carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each (the "Ordinary Shares") by Executive Directors, other PDMRs (together "PDMRs") and Closely Associated Persons details of which are set out in the Notification of Transactions by PDMRs attached to this announcement as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.

1.         Sustained Performance Plan ("SPP"): Award of  par cost options on 1 August 2017

The share price used to determine the number of options awarded is £6.332 which is based on the average of the closing prices of the previous 10 days as is required by the rules of the SPP.

2.         Sustained Performance Plan ("SPP"): Exercise of par cost options and Sale of Shares

On 1 August 2017, the Company received exercise notices from PDMRs exercising, at nominal value, the options which have vested under the SPP. On 2 August 2017 the Company also received notice of share sales and transfers from the PDMRs and Closely Associated Persons as set out in the table below:

*On the 2nd of August 2017, the Company was notified by Lang Messer, a closely associated person of Bridget Messer of a transfer of 8,510 ordinary shares for nil consideration from Bridget Messer.

Purchase of Shares under the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP")

The Company operates a HMRC approved SIP, which is open to all UK based employees. If employees participating in the SIP retain their purchased shares and remain employed on the 3rd anniversary of the purchase, additional matching shares will vest on a two-for one basis.

The Company was today advised by the Trustees of the SIP that on 1 August 2017, the following transactions were made under the SIP:
