Dividend Correction - Record Date

Further to the interim results announcement on 2 August 2017, Dignity plc, the UK's only listed provider of funeral related services, confirms that the record date for the interim dividend is 22 September 2017. The ex-dividend date is 21 September 2017.

Accordingly, the declared interim dividend payment of 8.64 pence per share will be paid on 27 October 2017 to those shareholders on the register at the close of business on 22 September 2017.
