Total Voting Rights

The Company confirms that following the admission today of 620,783 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM, the Company's enlarged issued share capital now comprises 50,523,926 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds 41,645 Ordinary Shares in treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 50,482,281.

The figure of 50,482,281 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
