Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), Just Group plc hereby announces that its total issued equity share capital at 31 July 2017 consists of 934,109,863 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each, all of which carry one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Just Group plc is 934,109,863 which figure may be used by holders of Ordinary Shares in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
