Result of General Meeting

Issue of Equity

Further to the Company's announcement on 10 July 2017 in connection with a conditional fundraising of up to approximately £23.9 million (the "Transaction"), the Company announces that all resolutions put to Shareholders at the General Meeting held today in connection with the Transaction were duly passed.

Accordingly, application has been made for 336,101,128 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") representing the 307,692,308 Firm Placing Shares and 28,408,820 Open Offer Shares.

It is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00am on 28 July 2017. Following Admission, the Company will have 758,565,854 Ordinary Shares in issue admitted to trading on AIM. This figure of 758,565,854 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms shall have the meaning as those set out in the 'Definitions' section of the announcement issued by the Company on Monday 10 July 2017.
