Biome Technologies plc announces that it was notified today that Paul Mines, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 1,243 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 201.0056 pence each.

Following Mr Mines purchase, he is now interested in a total of 21,885 Ordinary Shares, equal to 0.93% of the issued share capital of the Company.
