Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') and persons closely associated ('PCAs') with them

Exercise of options under the Barratt Developments Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the 'SAYE')

The Company announces that, Steven Boyes, Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive and Jessica White, Chief Financial Officer, have each exercised an option to purchase 2,578 ordinary shares of 10 pence at an exercise price of £3.49 per share under the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme. Both Steven Boyes and Jessica White elected to keep the resulting shares.

Following the above transaction, the Company confirms that, at the date of this announcement, each of the Executive Directors holds an option/award over the following total number of Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company:
