Grant of nil cost options

Cambian Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has made the following awards of nil cost options over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to the following PDMRs of the Company on 18 July 2017 under the Cambian Group 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP" and the "Awards"):

*As disclosed in the Company's 2016 report and accounts, Anoop Kang was to be made a sign on Award upon joining the Company over Shares worth 150% of salary. This Award is made under the rules of the LTIP and is on the same terms as the other Awards. He will not receive an additional LTIP Award in respect of 2017.

No consideration was paid for the grant of the Awards and no consideration is due on the exercise of the Awards. The Awards will vest on the third anniversary of grant subject to an absolute total shareholder return metric being met.
