Board Change

Further to the announcement made on 25 May 2016 and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company can confirm that Kevin O'Byrne will step down as a Director of the Company and Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from close of business on 30 September 2017.

As announced on 15 November 2016 Nicholas Cadbury will succeed Kevin as Chairman of the Audit Committee. This will take effect on 1 October 2017.
