Xeros completes acquisition of US PPE cleaning business

Further to the announcement on 3 July 2017, Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG, 'Xeros'), the developer and provider of polymer based technologies with multiple commercial applications, has today completed the acquisition of MarKen PPE Restoration ('Marken'). The acquisition of Marken, which delivers personal protection equipment, cleaning, inspection and repair services, provides Xeros a platform from which to accelerate its penetration of the US high-performance workwear market.
