Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated

David Lockhart is a trustee of a family trust which held ordinary shares in the Company, and as such he had a non-beneficial interest in those shares.

The Company has been advised that on 7 July 2017, the family trust sold all of its 12,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £3.492 per ordinary share.

Following this sale, Mr. Lockhart's interests have decreased to a total of 1,592,051 ordinary shares of the Company, all of which are now beneficially held.
