Premier Foods will release its Quarter 1 trading update for the financial year ending 31 March 2018 on Thursday 20 July 2017. This will cover the 13 weeks ending 1 July 2017.  A conference call for investors and analysts will take place at 09:15 on Thursday 20 July 2017, hosted by Gavin Darby, Chief Executive Officer and Alastair Murray, Chief Financial Officer.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will take place at 11:00 on Thursday 20 July 2017 at the offices of Gowling WLG (UK) LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU.
