Completion of share buy-back programme extension

The Company announces that it has today completed the £50.0 million extension to its share buy-back programme which was notified to the market on 23 November 2016.

In the period from 25 November 2016, when the extension to its share buy-back programme commenced, to today's date, Paragon has bought back 11,735,069 shares for a total cost of £50.0 million (excluding expenses).

This brings the total cost of shares acquired under the buy-back programme (excluding expenses) since its announcement in 2014 to £150.0 million.  The cost of the programme to date including expenses is £150.3 million.
