AGM statement

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical device company, will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 11.30am today.

The following statement will be made by the Chairman Mr Mark Abrahams:

"On behalf of the Board, I am pleased to report that the Group's UK and international medical device business continues to trade in line with our expectations with the full year results  expected to be loaded towards the second half as indicated in May.

Our focus is on developing products and investing in the people and management systems that will allow us to grow the business and to accelerate the rate of new products to be released into our key markets and we recognise that the costs of keeping ahead of the ever increasing regulatory requirements demanded by our industry will position us well for the future.

Our sales teams continue to actively explore all opportunities to achieve a greater market share in the key international markets and in particular in the USA, the largest market for neonatal intensive care products in the world"
