As at 30 June 2017, The Paragon Group of Companies PLC's capital consists of 281,473,627 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The Paragon Group of Companies PLC holds 11,826,723 ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in The Paragon Group of Companies PLC is 269,646,904.
