The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc announces that on 29 June 2017 the Company purchased 689,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 89.125 pence per share to be held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 209,037,921 shares of which 10,893,214 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in Baronsmead VCT plc is 198,144,707 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
