Result of AGM

Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), a leading sports nutrition company that develops, manufactures and markets sports nutrition products for professional athletes and sports enthusiasts, held its Annual General Meeting earlier today at which all resolutions were duly passed.

SiS intends to announce a pre-close trading update covering the six months ended 30 June 2017 on 20 July 2017.
