CHEMRING GROUP PLC - BLOCKLISTING UPDATE

Following the exercise/lapse of all options granted under The Chemring Group 2008 UK Sharesave Plan on 29 July 2011, there are no remaining 1p Ordinary Shares to be issued/allotted from the provisional block listing of 182,629 1p Ordinary Shares admitted on 19 October 2011.

Following the exercise/lapse of all options granted under The Chemring Group 2008 US Stock Purchase Plan on 30 July 2014, there are no remaining 1p Ordinary Shares to be issued/allotted from the provisional block listing of 36,199 1p Ordinary Shares admitted on 12 June 2015.
