Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company announces that on 15 June 2017 Julie Brown, a director of the Company, was granted options over 1,294 ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") at an option price of £13.90 per Share in accordance with the rules of the Burberry Group plc Sharesave Plan 2011 (as amended) ("Options"). The Options will normally become exercisable on 1 September 2020.
