On 14 June 2017 the Company received notice that Mr Andrew Leigh Case and Mr Jeffrey David Woyda, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company had sold ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company as set out below.
