Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Ernst Jansen, Colin Keogh and Anne MacDonald, Non-Executive Directors, that they have each purchased Ordinary Shares of 6.5p in the Company ('Shares').

Mr Jansen, Mr Keogh and Ms MacDonald purchased 1,926, 2,216 and 1,848 Shares respectively on 14 June 2017 at the same price of £12.484458. The transactions were executed in GBP.
