Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 700,000 Ordinary shares of 37.5p each to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
Shares from this application will be issued from the following Share Option Schemes:
The Smiths Group Sharesave Scheme, The Smiths Industries 1995 Executive Share Option Scheme, The Smiths Group Co-Investment Plan, The Smiths Group Long Term Incentive Plan, the Smiths Excellence Plan and The Smiths Group Share Matching Plan.
It is expected that admission will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 13th June 2017.
