Posting of Annual Report, Notice of AGM & Update on Acquisition

7digital (AIM:7DIG), the B2B digital music and radio services company, is pleased to announce that its Annual Report & Accounts ('Annual Report') for the year ended 31 December 2016 has been posted yesterday to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') for shareholders. The Company's AGM will be held at 11.00 am on 28 June 2017 at the offices of Osborne Clarke, 1 London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB.

Acquisition of 24-7 Entertainment

Further to the announcement on 10th March regarding agreed heads of terms with MediaMarktSaturn, 7digital's acquisition of 24-7 Entertainment is progressing as expected. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the next two weeks and the Company will update shareholders again at that time.
