Greggs plc (the "Company") announces the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of £0.02 ("Shares") of which it was notified on 1 June 2017.

Roger Whiteside acquired 449 Shares pursuant options granted under the Greggs 2014 Save As You Earn Scheme.

The Shares were acquired at an option price of £4.65 per Share.
