Substantial Shareholder

The Company announces that it has been informed by Mark Thistlethwayte, a substantial shareholder in the Company, that he has transferred 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company from Praxis Trustees Limited to Hubwise Nominees Limited.

There has been no change in the combined beneficial holding of Mark Thistlethwayte, which remains at 1,680,000 shares, representing 12.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
