Appointment of Chief Executive and Notice of Results

Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions for the automotive sector, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Michael Jennings as Chief Executive with immediate effect. Michael was appointed Interim Chief Executive in February 2017.

Adam Attwood, Chairman of Autins, commented: "We are delighted that Michael has agreed to join Autins as Chief Executive on a permanent basis. Michael has brought strong and relevant business experience and expertise to Autins and the Board is confident that Michael will help lead the Group to the next level of growth and development."

Michael Jennings commented on his appointment: "Autins is an excellent business, with great products and technology, operating in strong markets and I am delighted to have made my position permanent. I am excited to have the opportunity to continue working with the great team at Autins and lead the Group in its further development and deliver our long-term plans for growth."

The Group will announce its results for the 6 month period ending 31 March 2017 on 13 June 2017.
