Appointment of adviser
The Company recently announced that it now has a new major shareholder, GAEA Resources Limited ("GAEA"), and that it sees opportunities to develop business in the Far East using GAEA's excellent financial and commercial relationships. In order to progress these opportunities, Paternoster has decided to appoint Mr Christopher Neo as an adviser to the Company with immediate effect. Christopher is based in Hong Kong and has excellent relationships with a number of Hong Kong based groups and organisations. His background is in finance and investment and he is licensed for asset management activities with the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong.
